Do products have a Warranty?
All the furniture that we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty is limited to manufacturers defect and will not cover accidents, stains, and breakage. Customers are strongly encouraged to protect their purchase with the 5-year Protection Plan.
Does a mattress come with my bed?
Generally, our beds include the headboard, footboard and framing system – unless otherwise specified. Mattresses are not included but can be purchased separately.
Is the color or finish I see on my screen accurate?
All photos on our website have been color matched with the actual product. However, photos displayed on any individual monitor and output from any printer can vary widely based on the different settings and external conditions.
Will my product require assembly?
We offer special delivery services which include full or partial set-up. Some furniture items will need to be assembled. Some will need only minor and easy assembly. All hardware is included in the boxes. RTAs (Ready to Assemble furniture) require most assembly.
Do you have a showroom or do you know where I can see the furniture in person?
You may visit our store if we have one in your area, or you may meet with a Home Furnishing Specialist by appointment if available in your area. Our phone consultants also help our customers to make their online selections and purchase via the internet which is the future trend of all shopping. Take advantage of one of over various ways of serving you. Of course, many of our items are unique, special and are hard to find elsewhere.
